INDIANAPOLIS – Ivy Tech Community College is the recipient of three awards from the 23rd annual Communicator Awards, the leading international awards program that recognizes big ideas in marketing in communications. The College was awarded one Award of Excellence, the highest honor and two Awards of Distinction, which are presented on projects that exceed industry standards in quality and achievements.
The awards Ivy Tech received include:
- Award of Excellence – Mobile Website – Education
- Award of Distinction – Mobile Website – Visual Design Aesthetic
- Award of Distinction – Mobile Website – Visual Design Features
As a recipient of an Award of Excellence, Ivy Tech will also be featured in Communicator Awards’ Interactive Winners Gallery.
Ivy Tech’s website had a total of 3.9 million users last year, 13.8 million sessions and 25 million page views. The most frequently trafficked page is the programs page, which details the over 150 programs for students to enroll at the College.
Founded in 1994, the Communicator Awards receives thousands of entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, worldwide. The awards honor work that transcends innovation and craft. In 2017, Communicator Awards expanded their awards to include categories for online video and social, making it the largest in their history.
