INDIANAPOLIS — Ivy Tech Community College and three Ivy Tech students will receive the prestigious Indiana Career and Technical Education Award for Excellence on February 23.
During the ceremony to be held at 1 p.m. in the Indiana Government Center South Auditorium in Indianapolis, the Award for Excellence will be presented to the Radiation Therapy Program at Ivy Tech’s Bloomington Region.
Three Ivy Tech students will also be honored with a Postsecondary Student Award for Excellence, including Angela McDaniel, a student at Ivy Tech’s Richmond campus; Moriah Mercer, a student at Ivy Tech’s Kokomo Campus; and Dean Netzler, a student at Ivy Tech’s Terre Haute Campus.
The Indiana Career and Technical Education Award for Excellence identifies and recognizes students, programs, guidance/personnel services and active partnerships that contribute to high quality career and technical education in Indiana.
