IVY TECH CORPORATE COLLEGE BRINGS DISNEY INSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO INDIANA

INDIANAPOLIS – The Disney Institute programs offered by Ivy Tech Corporate College across the state will resume next month and will give Indiana businesses the opportunity to explore topics of creativity and innovation, leadership, management, service, and loyalty – topics that are world-renowned in relation to the Disney brand.  The programs currently being highlighted by Ivy Tech Corporate College are: “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service”, “Building a Culture of Healthcare Excellence”, “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence” and “Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence”.

 

“Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” will give participants an insider’s look at business practices that have helped Disney become respected for product and service quality.  In 2010, Fortune magazine recognized Disney as the world’s most admired company for quality.  Participants will learn how to exceed customer expectations using a well-defined service infrastructure, ongoing research and service standards.  The Quality Service program will be held in Merrillville on August 1.

 

“Building a Culture of Healthcare Excellence” will teach participants how the five most powerful Disney philosophies – leadership, quality service, people management, loyalty, and creativity can be applied to the healthcare industry.  Learning how to inspire leaders and motivate employees will help attendees motivate their workforce to satisfy patients and their families, driving fiscal results and sustaining years of repeat business. The Healthcare Excellence program is being offered by Corporate College in the following cities:

Merrillville on September 12

Marion on September 13

 

“Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence” will allow area professionals to learn how to drive business results, retain employees and satisfy customers through proven and adaptable Disney business philosophies.  This day of Disney training will offer dozens of easy-to-implement, proven ideas in five core areas: leadership, management, quality service, brand loyalty, and creativity.  This program will be offered at the following two locations:

Lafayette on September 20

Columbus on September 27

 

“Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence” gives participants the chance to explore proven Disney leadership philosophies that encourage values that produce results and are fundamental for organizations to grow and succeed.  This program will be offered in Marion on September 27.
