NORTHEAST – Ivy Tech Community College, Leadership Fort Wayne, and the European Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education announced today that it will partner together in bringing Peter Koestenbaum, Ph.D., and Mahamouda Salouhou, Ph.D., to Fort Wayne for a seminar on Tuesday, June 21 entitled Do You Have the Will to Lead? Applying Leadership Philosophy to Business. The seminar will take place at Ivy Tech’s Coliseum Campus (3800 N. Anthony Blvd.) from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the auditorium.

The one-day seminar with legendary business philosopher Peter Koestenbaum, Ph.D., will address some of the toughest leadership issues of our time both from conceptual and practical ways in how philosophy and the humanities can productively and profitably support virtually any business at its critical success points. This will be done through the use of a systematic coaching approach based on the global history of ideas and cultures, studied in the humanities as a fail-safe vehicle to address hardball, bottom-line crises in international business and the public sector.

Questions explored during the seminar include:

  • What is changing in business today?
  • What is changing in your industry?
  • What is changing in your company?
  • What is changing on your team?
  • What should change in your life?
  • What act of courage will life ask of you in the coming six months?
  • How am I likely to respond? How do I think I should respond?
