Proceeds benefit student scholarships
INDIANAPOLIS – Take an imaginary trip abroad at the 19th Annual “April in Paris” dinner, presented by Ivy Tech Community College on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 5 p.m., at The Fountains Banquet and Conference Center in Carmel [Click here for April in Paris 2010 information].
“April in Paris” features a seven-course gourmet meal and wine pairing planned, prepared and served by students from Ivy Tech’s Hospitality Administration program. The evening festivities also include a silent auction, with French and wine-themed items from local vendors and artists. Proceeds from the event support scholarships for students at Ivy Tech’s Central Indiana campuses.
Bringing his love of food and motivational skills to the event, Jerry Adams, Levy Restaurants, will be the emcee for the evening. In his position as Regional Director of Operations, Adams is responsible for the development of senior business leaders and the overall direction for a number of Levy Restaurant properties, including Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
